Job Title: Marketing Communications Manager
Location: New Delhi, Central Delhi (Connaught Place)
Client - Boutique luxury Hotel chain (with a thriving wilderness resort experience) with a presence in India. (Jim Corbett, Lucknow, Goa etc).
Salary Band: 7 - 8 LPA Approx
Reports to : COO
About The Role :
The Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and executing Marketing Strategies to promote the hotel's brand, drive revenue, and enhance guest engagement. Your creative ideas and strong communication skills will play a vital role in establishing the Hotel as a preferred destination for both local and international traveler's.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communicationplans to promote the hotel and its services.
- Create engaging and persuasive content for various marketing collaterals, including brochures, website, social media, advertisements, newsletters, and press releases.
- Manage the hotel's DIGITAL presence, including website content, SOCIAL MEDIA channels, and online advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Revenue Management teams to develop targeted promotional campaigns and packages to drive revenue and occupancy.
- Generate positive media coverage and handle media inquiries.
- Monitor and analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Manage the hotel's guest feedback platforms to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Plan and execute events, including press conferences, product launches, and industry trade shows, to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Work closely with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives within budget and timeline.
- Conduct regular performance analysis and report on the effectiveness of marketing communication campaigns.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/ Mass Communications or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of Digital Marketing strategies, technologies & Online/Offline promotional platforms.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and software for Content Creation, Social Media management, and data analysis.
- A passion for the hospitality/travel/trade industry and a customer-centric mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience of 3+ years in Marcom / PR , preferably in the Hospitality industry or Related / Lifestyle Services sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
