Job Responsibilities

- To resolve customer queries via call.

- Responding promptly to the customer inquiries.

- Daily calling customers and promoting/marketing about their features and services of the product.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.

Job Requirement :

- Excellent communication skills.

- Female/Male both can apply.

- Candidate should be comfortable working in the Noida office.

- Candidate should be comfortable with the international voice process.

- Candidate should be interested in Rotational shifts.

- Candidate should be comfortable working 6 days a week.
