Job Role :
Pre-Sales Activities:
• Address customer's technical questions or inquiries via hotline (email, phone)
• Provide technical expertise and support during road-shows, workshops, and exhibitions to the Sales team, business partners and end-user customers
• Participate in different seminars, conferences, and meetings for promoting the products
• Keep the Sales team up-to-date about product roadmap validated and provided by the product line
• Support Sales Managers to write and record Customer Visit Reports
• During RFI/RFQ phase, contribute and support Sales and Product Manager to clarify customers' requirement for technical offers
After-Sales Activities:
• Track, record and address customer's technical concerns, questions or inquiries via hotline (email, phone, issues-tracking software tool)
• Prepare and execute Factory and On-Site Acceptance Test (FAT/OSAT)
• Deliver product training at factory or at site to customers and business partners
• Provide technical support at customer site in the frame of a support contract
• Proceed to first level of technical analysis in customer installed application systems, check its technical resolution in working condition
• Provide suggestions to product line on product enhancements and product roadmap for future releases
• Assess & collect customer satisfaction
Additional Activities:
• Ensure availability of up-to-date technical content in the Web portal
• Contribute to identify, clarify any new requirements from customer or business development perspectives and report regularly
• Prepare and distribute application notes
• Monitor competition and report regularly
• Manage the demo equipment inventory
Mandatory Skills :
• First hand experience in electronics and embedded software, as well as system engineering
• Interpersonal skills and good organizational skills
• Adaptiveness and troubleshooting capabilities
• Analyze data and draw conclusions
Desired Skills:
• Work on softwares like Python, C++ or LabVIEW to do analysis
• Presentation skills - Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
• Prepare Marketing material for demonstration and tradeshows

Complementary Description

Soft Skills :
Strong oral and written communication skills in English. French and German will be added value.
