Job Role : Data Modeler/ Data EngineerExp : 7+yrsLocation : Hyd, bang, Vizag, ChennaiJob Overview :- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Modeler and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) Specialist. - The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing robust data models, implementing efficient ETL processes, and ensuring the integrity and quality of our organization's data.Responsibilities :Data Modeling :- Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models that align with business requirements and support organizational goals.- Collaborate with stakeholders, data architects, and development teams to understand data requirements and translate them into effective data models.ETL Design :- Design, develop, and optimize ETL processes for the extraction, transformation, and loading of data from various sources to destination systems.- Implement best practices for data integration, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and data quality.Documentation :- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data models, ETL processes, and data flow diagrams.- Preparation of source to target mapping.Qualifications :- Software professional experience of minimum 5 years in data modeling.- Proven experience in data modeling using tools such as ERwin, ER/Studio, or similar.- Strong expertise in designing and implementing ETL processes using tools like Informatica, Talend, or Apache NiFi.- Strong expertise in Datawarehouse concepts, design and dimensional models for data warehouse (Star and Snowflake schemas).- In-depth knowledge of relational and dimensional modeling.- Good hands-on on SQL query writing skills.- Experience with data profiling, data cleansing, and data quality assurance.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).- Knowledge of cloud-based data solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
