Role Description This is an internship role for a Brand Manager. The Brand Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management of the brand. This is a hybrid role, with some in-office work in Jaipur and flexibility for work from home.

Brand Messaging and Consistency: Ensure that the brand's messaging is consistent across all social media platforms and digital marketing channels. Develop and maintain a cohesive brand voice that resonates with the target audience.

Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content creation team to develop a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the brand's identity and values. Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for social media posts, blogs, videos, and other digital platforms.

Social Media Management: Manage and oversee the brand's presence on various social media platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) to engage with the audience. Coordinate with Social Media Team and schedule social media posts, monitor comments and messages, and respond promptly to customer inquiries.

Campaign Development: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media and other online channels. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimize campaigns for maximum reach, engagement, and conversion.

Influencer Marketing: Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors who align with the brand's values and target audience. Manage relationships with influencers and ensure that they effectively promote the brand.

Community Building: Foster a sense of community around the brand by encouraging user-generated content and engagement. Monitor online conversations and trends related to the brand and the industry.

Analytics and Performance Monitoring: Utilize analytics tools to track the performance of social media and digital marketing efforts. Analyze data to assess the success of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.

Crisis Management: Be prepared to handle social media crises effectively and promptly. Develop crisis communication strategies to protect and preserve the brand's reputation.

Stay Informed About Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends and innovations in social media and digital marketing. Implement new strategies and tools to keep the brand at the forefront of the online landscape.

Multi-Channel Marketing: Coordinate with the social media and digital marketing teams to create integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including D2C platforms, e-commerce, quick commerce, and local retail shops. Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.

Qualifications Experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as a part of a team Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms Experience in the food or beverage industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
