The firm operates from its offices in Delhi, Gurugram, Mumbai, Kolkata, Indore, Bhopal, Hyderabad, Ernakulam, Ahmedabad, Bengluru and Korba and offers its clients a full range of services including financial and business advisory, tax, regulatory and risk advisory services. The firm consists of 20 partners which are supported by a full repertoire of qualified staff consisting of Chartered Accountants, Ex-Bankers and DISA professionals . Job Location : Sector 51, Gurugram (308 Ocus Quantum Sector 51 Gurugram 122001) Role Summary : · Be a business hound - find business opportunities everywhere you can. Be aware of the new markets, growth areas, marketing trends, customers, partnerships, products & services. · Evaluate new business development, critical initiatives and partnership opportunities, performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses · Manage existing sales pipeline and the development of new business opportunities · Take a lead role in developing new-business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships · Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline for short/medium/long term in accordance with targets · Develop strategies and positions by analysing new-venture integration · Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks to achieve strategic goals · Motivate the team, track performance, and report metrics · Services to be sold are Audit & Assurance, Finance Outsourcing Services, Consulting services, Taxation, Risk Advisory, Accountancy, Startup Consultancy & financial Advisory Responsibilities : · You will be responsible for attracting, developing, and closing new business relationships. · Take a lead role in developing new-business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships · Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select deals in line with strategies, and facilitate pitch logistics · Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company · Following up with prospects throughout the sales cycle to ensure deal closure. · Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations · Building & maintaining fruitful long-term relationships with new and existing customers · Develop entry level staff into valuable sales people. Required skills and qualifications: · Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Experience in sales techniques · Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting · Proven ability to plan and manage resources · Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role · Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software · Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be adaptable in nature. · Must be detail oriented and an active listener. · Ability to deliver presentations effectively · Experience in handling domestic market sales. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree/MBA /BBA or any equivalent discipline in Sales / Marketing. Experience : 3-10 Yrs.
