Job description

For Compass Central processing Unit with 200 Staff cooking 20,000 meals per day in Sector 37 Gurugram


Supervise and evaluate kitchen staff, managing daily operations and kitchen line. Complete prep work, following and/or developing recipes and daily specials. Purchase and receive shipments of food and ingredients, maintaining invoices and budget.

Directs food preparation and collaborates with executive chef.
Helps in the design of food and drink menu.
Produces high quality plates, including both design and taste.
Oversees and supervises kitchen staff.
Assists with menu planning, inventory, and management of supplies.
