As a Sales Counselor, you will be responsible for promoting our employment agency services to businesses and corporations in the IT and non-IT industries. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. The ideal candidate for this role should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and a strong passion for building client relationships.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or a related field
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of the IT and non-IT industries and their recruitment needs
- Good understanding of sales techniques and strategies
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Roles and Responsibilities
- Promote and sell our employment agency services to businesses and corporations in the IT and non-IT industries
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing suitable solutions
- Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities through various channels
- Achieve sales targets and meet or exceed KPIs
- Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies and initiatives
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the recruitment process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports and presentations as required
