Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 1 to 5 years of experience in direct sales, particularly within the UPSC education segment. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving sales growth, building relationships, and meeting revenue targets. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about education and eager to contribute to the growth of our organization. Location: Delhi Responsibilities: ● Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to achieve sales targets in the UPSC education segment. ● Drive the end-to-end strategy of achieving targets by closing offline sales. ● Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to potential clients, arranging center visits leading up to closure. ● Stay informed about trends, challenges, and opportunities in the UPSC education sector. ● Regularly update the management on sales progress and potential opportunities. ● Develop a deep understanding of our products and services tailored for the UPSC segment. ● Clearly articulate product features, benefits, and competitive advantages during sales presentations. Required Qualifications and Skills: ● Bachelor’s degree. ● Proven experience in direct sales, with a focus on the UPSC education segment. ● Excellent communication and presentation skills. ● Strong negotiation and closing skills. ● Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ● Results-driven and goal-oriented.
