About the Role
We are looking for customer service executives for inbound and outbound customer service operations.
In this role you will be responsible to resolve customer queries concerns and escalations across channels calls chats emails and social media. You are expected to work very closely with crossfunctional teams to provide instant to customers.

2. Excellent communication skills written and spoken.
3. Candidates who can speak regional languages in addition to English will be
preferred.

Qualification
HSC / Graduation With excellent communication skills Written and Spoken
Typing Speed 30 WPM Accuracy 95%
Mandate requirements
Must have own laptop with genuine Windows 10 iCore 3 /iCore 5 with 4 GB
Ram or above configuration.
Must have a dedicated workspace at home to ensure no background noise for
interactions Calls/Chats etc
Must have Internet speed of minimum 50 Mbps
Good Quality Headsets.
Power backup in case there are frequent power failures.
