Job Title: SEO Team Leader
Location: Rajkot
Salary : Up to 5 LPA
Experience : 2+ years
Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve team and individual goals.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages creativity and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
Stay abreast of industry trends and algorithm updates to ensure the team's strategies remain effective and up-to-date.
- Keyword Research and Analysis:
Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for increasing organic visibility.
Analyze competitor strategies and industry trends to inform keyword targeting.
On-Page and Off-Page Optimization:
Oversee on-page optimization efforts, including content optimization, meta tag creation, and site structure improvements.
Develop and implement off-page optimization strategies to build high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority.
Technical SEO:
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure website health and resolve any technical issues that may impact search engine rankings.
Conduct regular SEO audits to identify and address technical optimization opportunities.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Utilize SEO tools and analytics platforms to monitor performance metrics and track the success of SEO campaigns.
Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team on key performance indicators (KPIs) and the overall impact of SEO efforts.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
Collaborate with content creators, developers, and other marketing teams to align SEO strategies with broader marketing initiatives.
Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all online channels.
Requirements:
Proven experience 2+ years as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a track record of successful SEO strategies.
In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving objectives.
Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a any Graduate
