Title : Senior Talent Acquisition Manager ( IT Recruitment) Location : Bengaluru (OnSite) General Shift : Rotational/US Shift

Job Overview:

As Senior Manager for Talent Acquisition, you own end-to-end Talent Acquisition function for all the Clients and will be the custodian for the implementation of Talent Acquisition Strategy (with Quality, Timelines and Budget Utilization), and its link to business outcomes. Additionally, you are also a partner for hiring managers and people operations team members. As a manager for the team, you are also responsible for their deliverables and performance.

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and efficient placement of qualified IT professionals for both Onshore & Offshore roles. Demonstrate ownership of the discovery process for each assigned engagement, ensuring critical knowledge transfer to successfully close hiring demand. Innovate unique sourcing strategies, utilizing an optimal combination of job boards, databases, and response management. .Collaborate with recruitment teams to identify talent pipelines, source candidates, and maintain a strong network of IT professionals. Implement best practices in recruitment, including candidate assessment, interviewing techniques, and onboarding processes. Provide effective leadership to the business recruitment teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support for professional growth. Establish performance metrics and goals, regularly monitoring and evaluating team performance. Analyse key recruitment metrics, continuously refine processes, and present insightful reports to leadership

Qualifications:

Minimum Graduate, (BE/B.Tech or MBA in HR preferred). Proven track record of success in recruitment within the IT industry as a Talent Acquisition Manager. Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding. Understanding of all selection methods and techniques Proficient in the use of Job Portals, social media and job boards Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
