Job Summary

The Expense Senior Manager FP& A(India) will serve as an integral part of the FP&A COE team, directly reporting to the Director of the India COE team. This role is envisioned to deliver complete ownership of MEC/QEC reporting by collaborating with Business & Finance partners while adhering to the timelines. This individual should possess a deep understanding of COE team development and be adept at elevating current team members to professional analysts who can proactively craft new metrics and data management processes rooted in their daily interaction with business data and be able to think out of box. 

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly close consolidation process by preparing variance analysis and reporting of results the organization.
• Enhance financial models and planning processes to create effective data analytics and provide recommendations to enable quality performance management discussions and better decision-making.
• Work with leadership to develop financial reporting consistent with business operations.
• Coordinate the preparation and presentation of quarterly business reviews.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency of existing processes and propose improvements to refine the use of key metrics.
• Support the development, tracking and reporting of operational and financial metrics.
• Ad hoc Analysis

Qualifications

Qualifications include:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related domain.
• Possess 10+ years of experience in FP& A with major focus on reporting.
• Dedicate a minimum of 5 years to reporting.
• Demonstrate the capacity to deliver clear, detailed, and impactful presentations to top-tier leadership.
• Be intrinsically driven, always solution oriented.
• Be well-acquainted with tools like Salesforce, NetSuite, Domo, Tableau, and other related analytics tools.
• Highly motivated and willing to take on multiple responsibilities at once. 
• Able to work comfortably under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
