Key Responsibilities (Functional) Respond to all queries about Webex links, venues, training feedback/ assessment from participants and troubleshoot Be available on working days during session timings for on demand support Understand the training workflow - from nomination to invite to joining link, venues, schedule, trainer, feedback and assessments Conduct regular audits for quality of the training and stay venues. Resolve learners' queries or issues to their satisfaction. If partially or unresolved, escalate and track till closure
