Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a House Manager located in Bhopal. The House Manager will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep and cleanliness of all campus housing and ensuring a safe and hygienic residential environment for students. The House Manager will also be responsible for managing the housing staff and preparing meals for students.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills and Communication skills
- Training skills for the housing staff
- Customer Satisfaction skills for ensuring a high standard of housing
- Cooking skills for meal preparation
- Experience in residential facility management is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
