Position: System Admin / Desktop Support Engineer

Open Positions: 1

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 1 - 2 Years

Location: Navi Mumbai (Ghansoli)

Working Days : 5 Days (MON - FRI)

Note : Immediate Joiners / Serving notice Candidates are highly preferred.

JD Summary :

Candidate should be well versed with latest Windows 11 Operating System.

Candidate should have knowledge of troubleshooting issues related to Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities :

• Install and configure software and hardware. Manage network and technology tools
• Set up accounts and workstations. Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements. Troubleshoot issues and outages. Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls.
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models. Develop expertise to train staff in new technologies.
• Build an internal technical documentation, manuals and IT policies.
• Managing inventory of IT hardware and look after repairs and maintenance.
• Look after general office maintenance and vendor management.

Skills & Requirements :

Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role. Experience with networks (LAN, WAN) and workstation management. Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery. Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
