Job Description Our client, a leading global professional services firm, seeks a talented Senior Manager Change Delivery - Territory Liaison to support an international program. The candidate will champion the global program by engaging with specific groups of territories, becoming part of local project teams to provide program best practices and guidance, and supporting readiness for change. This includes acting as the first point of contact supporting planning, implementation, and execution throughout the global program lifecycle.

Please note that Japanese language proficiency (N2 at the minimum, N1 is preferred) is necessary.

What you will do: Take responsibility for providing regular updates on timelines, phasing, and progress so that territories feel informed. Receive and document input and feedback daily and ensure this feedback is circulated to all relevant parties within the global program. Understand, document and ensure that territory-specific requirements are addressed to the satisfaction of the territories. Provide all support as needed for the successful network-wide global program rollout. Deliver change efforts in a highly matrixed decentralised B2B organisation and partnership model. Understand how to influence senior leaders with extensive change and communications experience. Work across a highly matrixed structure and manage multiple stakeholders with differing objectives. Understand and bring differing views together to achieve consensus through active listening. Build influence and personal credibility and positioning with senior decision makers confidently. Support complex implementations whilst managing and accounting for all perspectives, i.e., network, territories, change, transformation and technical (including brand, IT, or process-focused). Work in vastly different cultural and political environments with a high global acumen and cultural sensitivity. Challenge and rethink decisions to achieve compromise. Build influence and business impetus to maintain momentum through the delivery of large-scale programs.

Qualifications Relevant certifications or qualifications in change management or related fields are desirable. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, marketing, communications, brand marketing or a related discipline. Proficiency in implementing global program change and company transformation initiatives related to marketing or branding. Extensive experience in change management, particularly in territory liaison. Proven track record of effectively managing change initiatives within a complex organisational structure. Strong networking skills and demonstrated collaboration capability with multidisciplinary teams within territory member firms. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with substantial domain expertise in marketing and business development. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate challenges and drive successful change outcomes. Proficiency in project management and the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously. Ability to comprehend the necessary changes and communicate them effectively in a clear, concise manner tailored to the audience. Ability to adapt time zones to attend global meetings and touchpoints.
