Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Management Intern for Social Media. In this role, you will work closely with the Social Media Manager to support the planning, execution, and analysis of social media campaigns across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development and implementation of social media strategies to meet business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute social media campaigns and content
- Monitor social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn, and engage with the community as needed
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices, and provide recommendations to improve our social media strategy
- Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports to the Social Media Manager, identifying key insights and opportunities for improvement
- Manage project timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard
- Assist with other social media-related tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Recently completed an MBA or equivalent degree
- 6 months of experience in social media content writing, posting jobs and news media.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
