Job description
Edgeverve is a subsidiary of Infosys Ltd, specializing in Products. You will get an opportunity to work with a motivated team of individuals that cater to critical areas of security like product security, Cloud security, Mobile security and Enterprise security. You will be performing vulnerability assessment, penetration testing of products catering to various domains like Banking, Digital, Retail, Analytics etc.., being a part of securely designing products, proactively protective deployments and learning and guiding development teams in secure development.Responsibilities :Perform security assessment, vulnerability assessment and penetration tests on a wide variety of high critical web applications.Perform SAST and DAST, review and analyze security issues and suggest remediations.Prepare final security assessment reports containing the results and findings from the assessment.Perform web services and API security assessment.Conduct follow up and assist with resolution of all findings.Knowledge of Mobile security assessment is an advantage.Ensure applications comply to a defined security process and security recommendations.Ability to independently perform end to end security assessment of products using tools and manual methodologies, provide remediation recommendation and overall security posture clarity to senior management.Requirements :Good Knowledge of Operating systems and various browsers.Good Knowledge of security tools like Burp suite, Nmap, ZAP, Nikto, Metasploit, Fiddler etc.Good Knowledge of any of the automated scanners for SAST and DAST.Good knowledge of industry standards like OWASP, SANS, PCI etc.Preferably with CEH (ref:hirist.tech)
