Digital Media Marketing Executive

Position Overview: We are currently seeking two highly skilled and motivated Digital Media Sales Marketing Executives to join our team in Noida. The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in driving sales operations, devising and executing business development strategies, and nurturing key client relationships. Key Responsibilities : Spearhead sales targeting operations to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. Implement lead generation strategies and convert prospects into loyal customers. Champion the value proposition of BIZBoost's global platform and suite of growth services. Develop and manage a robust sales funnel to capitalize on emerging opportunities. Proactively identify and engage potential clients through effective networking and marketing initiatives. Lead complex negotiations with finesse and professionalism. Cultivate enduring relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and support. Explore and penetrate new sales territories and markets to expand our reach. Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively. Qualifications: Demonstrable expertise in sales and business development. Proficiency in leveraging technology to drive sales and marketing initiatives. Proven experience in lead generation, conversion marketing, and client acquisition. Familiarity with global audiences and international ventures. Track record of consistently meeting and surpassing sales targets. Exceptional digital communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership capabilities, with prior experience in team management. Previous exposure to the digital media industry and its services. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Additional Details: This is a performance-based position, contingent upon achieving monthly targets and exceeding job expectations. In addition to your base salary, you will receive a sales bonus of up to 15% per sale for driving business growth. Working days: Monday to Saturday. Working hours: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, adhering to the company's standard schedule. Location: BIZBoost Headquarters Noida (On-Site).
