Job specifications :

1. Manage retail operations & sales for the Conpany stores in Pune region

2. Handling Multiple chain of Stores

3. Analyze overall performance of the stores

4. Develop business plans & sales strategy

5. Monitor competition mapping

6. Supervise key operations parameters like merchandise mix, base stock level, visual merchandise, training etc.

7. Traveling included.

8. Ensuring SOP compliance in COCO stores.

9. Managing Manpower, Stock levels, Retail Operations, in COCO stores.

Roles and responsibilities:

- Responsible for achieving Primary & Secondary sales targets for set of stores

- Drive all company initiatives at stores effectively

- Maintain relationship with franchise investors and store staffs to maximise potential of sales

- Manage manpower at stores by interviewing and filling staff gaps in coco stores has context menu
