Role: Sourcing (Producing)Team Lead- Source and ScreenLocation: Hyderabad, TelanganaWork Shift: Night Shift [5:30pm - 2:30am / 6:30pm - 3:30am]Employment: Full Timeabout JobAs a Sourcing Team Lead - Source & Screen (Producing), you will create and drive the programs and processes that help us find, hire and develop the best talent in the world. You will directly work with the account team as a sourcer along with managing, coaching and developing team members and provide day-to-day supervision. You will monitor and assist team members in a matrix based environment to ensure the client requirements are met along with team/individual KPIs. Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with the onsite partners and stakeholders while ensuring to provide them with best experience.Core responsibilities:● Responsible for the achievement of team/unit productivity and quality goals, along with maintaining individual (self) performance and quality standards.● Manage a team of 5-7 resources● Shadow the new hires for a minimum of 2 full recruiting cycles and provide additional support, if required.● Set up daily production goals/expectations/bay wise huddle (3-5 mins) and and ensure your resources are prepared for the day ahead.● Work load balancing (self and team)● Weekly one on one (1-2 recruiters/day) with MOM documentation.● Understanding the challenges for the goal(how/what) (agenda is to help the team achieve their goals.)● Follow up on submissions with the accounts team.● Follow up with each team member on post interview updates and pending offers.● Act as a liaison between Sourcing Manager and your team for all activities, feedbacks and outcomes.● Train and mentor/coach team members to help them achieve their individual and team goals● Celebrate the success of each and every individual.● Send daily/weekly/monthly reports/dashboard to internal and onshore teams.What you need to bring:● Bachelor’s degree is preferred.● Attention to detail, excellent communication, presentation, customer service skills and excellent stakeholder management.● Ability to make data driven decisions● Should have excellent written communication skills.● Should be able to manage a req load himself/herself along with team performance.● 2-5 years of recruiting/US Staffing experience● A strong work ethic and sense of commitment.To Apply for This Opportunity: Click here
