Job description
VTAIL Commerce Private Limited is seeking an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting and managing all HR activities within our organization. You will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and other HR functions.
Responsibilities
- Leading the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent for the organization.
- Managing payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.
- Handling employee relations matters, promoting a positive work environment, and addressing employee concerns.
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction within the workplace.
- Facilitating the induction process for new hires, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration into the organization.
- Resolving conflicts and disputes between employees or between employees and management in a fair and unbiased manner.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations to protect both the employees and the organization.
- Developing, implementing, and enforcing HR policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role.
- Significant expertise in Talent Acquisition
- Knowledge of HR best practices and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Computer Handling.
- HR certification is a plus.
