Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Supervisor. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. This includes managing and supervising staff, developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency, and ensuring that all operations are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures. The role is based in Faridabad, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in managing teams and implementing process improvements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
- Experience in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
