Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Interior Designer. The Sr. Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, architecture, construction drawings, interior design, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection. They will work closely with clients, architects, and contractors to create visually appealing and functional spaces that meet client needs and expectations. The Sr. Interior Designer will also be responsible for managing projects from concept through completion, including budgeting, specifying materials, and overseeing construction.

Qualifications

• Space Planning, Architecture, and Construction Drawings skills
• Interior Design and FF&E selection skills
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of local and international building codes, regulations, and standards
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience
• LEED certification is a plus
• Experience in high-end residential and hospitality design is a plus
