Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Billing Engineer to join our team at DCS Group. As a Sr. Billing Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the billing process for railway projects. This is a senior-level position requiring 7 to 10 years of experience in billing procedures and project coordination. The job location for this role is Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh, India. This is a full-time position.

• 7 to 10 years of experience in billing procedures and railway projects
• Strong knowledge of billing systems and processes
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to review project contracts and milestones

• Proficient in quantity surveying and quantity installation
• Ability to coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Problem-solving and analytical skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the billing process for railway projects
• Review project contracts and milestones to ensure accurate billing
• Coordinate with project teams to gather relevant billing information
• Prepare and submit billing invoices and reports to clients
• Ensure compliance with billing procedures and documentation requirements
• Collaborate with finance team to resolve billing discrepancies and issues
• Maintain accurate billing records and documentation
• Provide timely updates and reports to project stakeholders
• Assist in quantity surveying and quantity installation activities
