What we are looking for :
Must-Have :
Experience of ITOM suite (CSDM/CMDB /Discovery/Service Mapping/Event Management) within ServiceNow
Basic Knowledge in Cloud Fundamentals, Windows/Unix admin skills
Intermediate knowledge and ability of understanding Infrastructure environment setup (Server/Network/Storage/etc.)
Good understanding in Monitoring tool
Knowledge and experience with base platform & reports
Good experience in Scripting & RegEX (JavaScript, Unix Shell scripting and Windows scripting and PowerShell)
Experience in integration using REST API / SOAP / any other technology.
Knowledge of unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, user acceptance testing, or any client-specific testing
Worked with and understands the value in creating repeatable processes to design development, test, staging and production environments that are reliable with high availability.
Must be ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator
Should possess knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodology.
Basic knowledge with ITIL/industry standards
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Good-to-Have :
ITIL V3/V4 foundation certification
Preferred to have Discovery, Event management, Service mapping certification.

Responsibility of the Role :
Understand the given application requirements (or User Stories) Understand and follow the Best Practices and Standards/Guidelines for development.
Participate in the Daily stand-up meetings and understand the changes proposed on the requirements / user stories.
Must be self-directed and detail oriented in completing assigned tasks in an effective manner, meeting designated standards and criteria.
Responsible for the code quality of assigned tasks.
Perform Unit Testing and do documentation as required Provide support to the users during the User Acceptance Testing
Provide any required training to the users on the user stories.
Knowledge and ability to configure, manage and maintain MID servers.
Proficient in configure & maintain credentials and working with command line console.
Ability and knowledge in Discovery Schedules & troubleshoot with device owners.
Knowledge to implement Cloud & Tag based discovery.
