Responsibilities:

• Execute strategic outreach campaigns centred around our core offerings, with a focus on CRM technology and industry verticals.
• Generate high-quality leads for designated international geographies, leveraging your expertise in selling IT products and services through outbound channels.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from campaign definition to negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
• Conduct daily sales presentations and product/service demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Maintain systematic follow-up procedures to bring sales opportunities to timely conclusions.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring optimal service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Cultivate and nurture strong client and partner relationships to foster long-term business growth.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in selling IT products and services, preferably IT Products.
• Proven track record of success in executing outbound sales strategies and achieving targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
• Strong understanding of CRM technology and industry trends.
• Proficiency in automation tools and processes within the sales cycle.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and resilience.
• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad and work from the office.
