Are you passionate about driving growth and expanding market reach within the IT industry Do you excel at executing targeted outreach campaigns and fostering strong client relationships If so, we're looking for an experienced Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad .
Responsibilities:
- Execute strategic outreach campaigns centred around our core offerings, with a focus on CRM technology and industry verticals.
- Generate high-quality leads for designated international geographies, leveraging your expertise in selling IT products and services through outbound channels.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from campaign definition to negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
- Conduct daily sales presentations and product/service demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Maintain systematic follow-up procedures to bring sales opportunities to timely conclusions.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring optimal service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Cultivate and nurture strong client and partner relationships to foster long-term business growth.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in selling IT products and services, preferably IT Products.
- Proven track record of success in executing outbound sales strategies and achieving targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Strong understanding of CRM technology and industry trends.
- Proficiency in automation tools and processes within the sales cycle.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and resilience.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad and work from the office.
