Job description
As a member of Support organization, your focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs.
This involves consulting and assisting to resolve post-sales customer service requests via phone and electronic means, as well as technical inquiries regarding the functional aspects of Oracle Financial Close and Consolidation Cloud and On-premise products.A main point of contact for customers, you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues, with functional expertise in Oracle Cloud and On-premise financial products
Seven-years' experience with Oracle HFM and/or FCCS, BS in Accounting or equivalent experience with enterprise accounting services, proven professional/ technical experience, i.e., demonstrating an understanding of Oracle HFM and/or FCCS applications at a functional and technical level. Accounting skills include preparing and examining financial records and ensuring accuracy. CA or ICWA certification desired. Understanding specific accounting responsibilities, such as:
