Job Description Of DGM - Liaisoning
Location: Hyderabad
Qualification: BA/BL or any other UG/PG
Experience: 15 Plus years
- Coordinate & liaise with various government departments, GHMC, HMDA Police Station, MRO, Municipal Corporation, Director of Industries, Safety & Health, Shops & Establishment etc. and to get timely approvals Liaison with Labour authorities
- Maintain cordial relations with local administration villagers and Government bodies
- Effective Reporting & Maintenance of Daily MIS
- Ensure Timely submission of periodic returns and challans
- Meeting with contractor / sub-contractor to ensure smooth functioning and follow ups, if required
- Good in Drafting letters to Govt departments
- Coordination with The Consultants for Documentations and Presentation in Departments.
- Should have experience in Real Estate companies
