Store Training:-

  1. Inventory Management
    1. Add/Delete Product
    2. Edit Product
    3. MRP & SP Changes

  1. Payment process
    1. Commission Deductions
    2. TAT for receiving payment
    3. Payment reconciliation

  1. Promotions & Offers
    1. Add offers
    2. Remove Offers

  1. Delivery Management
    1. Defining delivery radius
    2. Confirm Order Fulfilment TAT
    3. Self-Delivery/Delivery Partner

  1. Training videos & Flyers
    1. Share Training videos
    2. Share digital flyers for Hyper Local marketing by Store

Account Management:-

  1. Build rapport with merchant
    1. Understanding the merchant
    2. Understating the Store ops

  1. Handholding to setup order management
    1. Plan & Help efficient order management
    2. Help timely order fulfilment

  1. Ensure training to employees
    1. The merchant Employees & Merchant must be trained to manage ONDC

  1. Ensure timely inventory update
    1. Updating changes in Inventory
    2. Addition of new & fast moving products
    3. Removing Expired/unsold SKus

  1. Incident management
    1. Assist as a point of contact for the merchant
    2. Liaison between H.O & Merchant for End to End Resolution

Measure & Track:

  1. Number of stores visited daily
  2. Number of On-boarded Stores Assigned Vs. Number of stores trained (Completed) (T+2)
  3. Number of Refresher/Focus training Completed (T+4)
    1. Inventory Management
    2. Q & A
    3. Any other topics as per Merchant
  4. Number of Stores active on ONDC in 30 days from On-boarding date
  5. Number of stores with >90% fulfilment in 30 days from On-boarding date
