Role Description

This is a full-time (6 days working) on-site role for a Sales & Customer Insights Manager located in Mumbai. The individual will be responsible for setting up a robust sales reporting system, managing and improving sales processes, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing customer service operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel and tools like Power BI
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
