Senior Associate -Investment Banking -Front End role
Here is the Job Description attached for your reference: Job Responsibilities - Senior Associate - Investment Banking 1. Deal Execution 2. Preparing collaterals including detailed financial models, investor memorandum, valuation materials, data book with analysis and insights. 3. Effectively coordinating the due diligence and documentation process, and front-ending the relationship with the respective client representatives 4. Engagement tracking, reporting and housekeeping (maintaining updated client agreements, NDAs, OPEs, etc.) 5. Representing the client's business in investor / buyer-seller interactions 6. Mapping of assigned segment (product, geography/industry group) and building understanding/expertise of that segment 7. Outreach to potential clients and investors 8. Maintaining a database of companies in assigned segments 9. Effectively maintaining relationship with investors or company professionals on the deal to have a recall 10. Preparing Pitch Documents and other client presentations 11. Ongoing industry networking Must: - Candidates physically located in Gurgaon - Excellent communication skills Education : - Qualified Chartered Accountant batch 2020/2021/2022 - Master's in finance and marketing - BCom (Hons), Bachelor of Business Studies/Administration, Stats (Hons) and similar from Tier 1/2 collegeJob tags
