Role Description

This is a Full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Associate Intern located in Jaipur. The Human Resources Associate Intern will be responsible for supporting the HR team with recruiting, onboarding, and related HR tasks. The ideal candidate should be able to work with a team, have good communication skills and possess both an analytical and creative mindset.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
• Open for fresh graduates or people with ongoing MBA.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Hindi
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets)
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• A willingness to learn, take initiative and adapt quickly to a fast-changing environment.
