• Screening the talent pool from the sourcing Portal
• Sourcing the through different sources (Iinked-in/ Social Media/and other forum)
• Timely coordination for Interview
• Managing the data of the candidate.Past IT recruitments experience 1.5+Years &above and Sourcing on Job boards, mainly on Jobs portal for six months is preferred

Education Requirements :

Bachelor Degree

Experience Requirements : 1 - 2 Years

Mandatory Skills :

Good Communication Skills. Previous experience of using Naukri and other jobs portal for IT requirements
