Develop testing best-practice playbooks and internal processes for the deployment and adoption of Katalon
Work with CSMs by leading technical discovery sessions with strategic and enterprise customers to understand their business goals, technical constraints, and requirements
Engage with strategic and enterprise customers, either onsite or remote, in a technical consultancy and advisor role while providing technical and solution guidance and maximizing ROI from Katalon
Able to articulate an action plan of best practices and practical insights into automation deployments & scaling
Mentor CSMs and provide guidance regarding testing best practices, communication, and implementation strategies
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing teams to provide feedback to improve products, services, and value messaging based on field experiences and customer feedback.
Build and maintain select subject matter expertise related to Katalon s market focus through industry monitoring and participation in external working groups, committees, and development projects and activities such as training, certification, and creation of working examples for reuse internally and by customers and partners.
Assist in workshops to help strategic and enterprise customers leverage the full value of Katalon platform
More than 5 years of prior hands-on experience in building automation frameworks using test automation tools such as Katalon, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium in large enterprise organizations or serving large enterprise organizations;
