Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - DevOps Engineer
As a DevOps Engineer in Digital Engineering unit, you will be part of a fast-paced team designing, developing, integrating, and supporting integration solutions for some of our Fortune 500 customers. You will leverage your formal education in the relevant field and your professional experience to apply professional concepts to work on targeted tasks. You will follow standard practices and procedures applicable in your area of work to complete your task/deliverable with high quality under limited supervision. Your established aptitude to achieve this while supporting other members of the team and improving your own knowledge and skills will define success for your role.
Your passion for learning, implementing and the ability to ask the right questions, apply analytical skills, problem solving skills, technical skills and reliably complete deliverables with high quality is of utmost importance. This job is a fully qualified, career-oriented, journey-level position where you get better at your trait.
Responsibilities
. Participate into the teams to find automation opportunities and draft execution plan.
. Working closely with project leads to monitor, evaluate, and ensure the completion of tasks and projects.
. Involving in strategic plans to accomplish technical as well as business objectives with leadership chain, team and with customers.
. Coordinate activities which enforce Development improvements, CI and CD
. Automate repetitive tasks using scripting languages like Bash or PowerShell.
. Monitor and troubleshoot the infrastructure and Databricks cluster using tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
. Implementation of CI/CD pipelines for Databricks projects.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
. Bachelor&rsquos degree in computer science
. Technical Skills: AWS DevOps (Code Commit, Code Build, Code Deploy, and Code Pipeline, IAAC(Terraform/CloudFormation), GitHub, Ansible, scripting in Shell or Python.
. Implementation of CI/CD pipelines for Databricks projects.
. Troubleshooting skills for CI/CD pipeline in Databricks environment.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
. Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for Databricks projects using tools like AWS DevOps (Code Commit, Code Build, Code Deploy, and Code Pipeline).
. Should be willing to work in shifts when required.
. Excellent troubleshooting skills.
