Job description
Responsibilities:
- Creative Leadership:
- Provide visionary leadership for the creative team ensuring the delivery of highquality and innovative design solutions.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and execute creative concepts that align with client objectives.
- Conceptualization and Design:
- Generate original ideas and concepts for advertising campaigns ensuring they resonate with target audiences.
- Oversee the design process from initial concept to final execution ensuring the highest standard of quality and creativity.
- Team Management:
- Manage and mentor a team of designers art directors and other creative professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and creative work environment encouraging the team to push boundaries and explore new ideas.
- Client Collaboration:
- Work closely with clients to understand their brand objectives and messaging translating these insights into effective and compelling creative strategies.
- Present and articulate creative concepts to clients incorporating feedback and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Trend Analysis:
- Stay abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and design best practices integrating them into creative strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Creative Art Director in an advertising agency.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing creative teams.
- Exceptional conceptual thinking and design skills.
- Strong understanding of branding marketing and advertising principles.
- Proficiency in industrystandard design software and tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Fine Arts or related field.
