Job description

1) Collection of Data, validation of data and preparation of RHR ppt & Business review PPT for the region.

2) Support LHR for achieving TAT in Onboarding, Payroll input, Exit and other required MIS by central team and other stack holders

3) Connect with CHR's for issues/challenges in processes, Connect with LHR's on process awareness/on time submissions/onboardings. Conducting Refresher trainings on Policies/Processes whenever required. Conducting Refresher trainings on Policies/Processes whenever required.

4) Monthly updates on MW revision form CHR/LHR's. Ensure below MW cases reported further on time and accurately. Maintaining MW data for FTC Increments/Bonus working/PP

5) Maintaining Tracker of all the existing BA's - Ba Evaluation reports, Ensure all BA agreements are prepared and signed on time, Maintain BA evaluation forms and onetime documents centrally

6) Connect with CHR on Sanjeevani initiatives - Plan Vs Actual, Analyse the challenges at locations for implementing the initiatives, Maintain Sanjeevani Tracker/LHR tracker, Ensure WC are formed across all locations

7) Awareness to be given to CHR/LHR on SF processes and its impact, Query resolutions

8) Employee personal file data upload within TAT . Weekly updates on documents uploading status on DMS to be shared with CHR's/LHR's and ensure 100% updation

9) Share Weekly updates and connect with respective CHR/LHR for F&F pendency

10) Ensure LHR submits Mid year Mediclaim additions monthly. Maintaining Mediclaim tracker for Mid year additions and yearly additions .Awareness among CHR/LHR for Mediclaim coverage of employees

11) Collating, Validating Payroll input from location and sharing further to C&B team. All supporting documents to be uploaded in system
