Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive with 3 to 5 years of experience in the crockery, cutlery, tableware, and glassware industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and expanding market share for our brand in the designated territory.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out and developing new business opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and trends, and stay updated on competitor activities.
Provide product knowledge and demonstrations to clients, addressing any inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to identify opportunities for product enhancement and promotion.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
Monitor sales performance metrics, analyse data, and generate reports to management on a regular basis.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven track record of 3 to 5 years of successful sales experience in the crockery, cutlery, tableware, and glassware industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Valid driver's license.
Qualification: Graduated in any stream, Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Salary: 40 to 50k Depends on interview
