Job description
Job brief: We have an opening for field sales executive, for our SAAS based product Me-Grow. We are looking at candidates to go on field to promote and sell our product, which will help retailers do their market research by launching surveys and collecting feedback. It is a one-click mechanism to understand and analyze feedback, which will help retailer make business decisions.
Candidate will be expected to:
1. Be well-versed with the local language & English; know-how of other Indian languages would be a plus.
2. Have good interpersonal skills with the ability to converse & convince the local businesses.
3. Possess working knowledge of MS office & inclination towards technology & innovation.
4. Understand our product, promote our product and champion it to the extent to handle all queries of clients/subscribers.
5. Get subscribers for our product, which is aimed at helping businesses with strategies for business growth.
6. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on accounts handled.

1. Positive attitude towards people, plan, and progress of the business.
2. Aware of business etiquette and corporate decorum
3. Should be a team player with a mind-set that is inclined towards getting the work done and bringing a difference.
4. Good sales and negotiation skills
5. Understanding of local geography.
