Primary responsibility :
- Creating project plans and planning activities.
- Scheduling regular meetings with stakeholders for execution of projects & planned activities.
- Requirement gathering and documentation across all APAC countries to bring them onto a common platform.
- Standardization of data extraction process across all countries.
- Data pipeline creation for OTIS ONE across all countries and monitor data upload periodically.
- Co-ordinate with Infrastructure, network teams for performance of OTIS ONE related Application.
- KPI Dashboard development and implementation across APAC countries.
- Monitor regular Data refresh, Bugs and resolve issues seeking support of global / local engineering and digital technology teams
- Training End users. Monitor usage and adoption Rate of relevant IT Applications.
- Collaborating with global / local Engineering and Digital Technology teams, and external channel partners / business vendor partners.
