Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bokakhat for a Front Office Associate. The Front Office Associate will be responsible for phone etiquettes, receptionist duties, customer service, check-in, communication and general front office duties.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills, including phone etiquette and greeting guests upon arrival
- Experience in performing receptionist duties in a hotel or similar environment
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities simultaneously
- Attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office suite and hotel management software
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
