How You Will Make An Impact - Proactive responsiveness is a must during the working hours.
- Being able to handle work stress and high work load.
- Maintain and operate the lifecycle of a large-scale web-application on linux-based datacenter.
- Identify operational problems by observing and studying the system functionalities, integrations and performance.
- Troubleshoot and report any operational issue throughout the software lifecycle phases.
- Provide engineering support.
- Analyse different stacktraces from various log sources and report the problem to the responsible team accordingly.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
What We Look For - Work experience as a Junior Ops Engineer or technical support, fresh graduate is encouraged to apply as well.
- Problem-solving attitude.
- Team spirit.
- BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant field.
Desired Technical Skills - Good knowledge in Linux Os.
- Good knowledge in CVS like SVN and GIT.
- Basic knowledge in Java, bash, or Python.
- Basic knowledge in Docker, Ansible, and Jenkins.
- Basic knowledge in Networking.
- Basic of Ant, Maven, or Gradle.
- Basic knowledge in cloud computing platforms.
- Exposure to services integrations like Kafka, ActiveMQ, Solr, and Redi is a plus.
- Exposure to monitoring and logging stacks (ELK & PG) is a plus.
