Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to engage potential customers and introduce them to our educational solutions.
- Utilize provided leads to identify and engage with prospective clients.
- Promote and sell various courses offered by Techmaghi through effective communication and persuasion.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and networking abilities to build and maintain client relationships.
- Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and events to enhance brand visibility.
- Evaluate and assess client needs to tailor product offerings and maximize sales opportunities.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all aspects of client interactions and documentation.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions and leads in the database.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales targets and objectives.
Requirements
- Has completed education at degree level or higher.
- Demonstrates good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Shows strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Holds a passion for delivering a positive customer experience.
- Exhibits adaptability to changing circumstances and strategies.
- Maintains composure in difficult situations.
Preferred Qualification
- Proven experience in sales, marketing or related fields.
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Work Hours: 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM, Tuesday to Sunday, with Monday week off.
Notes
- Candidates will undergo a comprehensive 2-week on-the-job training program.
- A 3-month probationary period will follow, during which the candidate's performance will be assessed.
