Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer at Bhansali Brothers & Co. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and handling customer service requests. He should have knowledge of electrical equipment, cold equipment, basic knowledge of gasline and gas equipment.
Qualifications
- Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent analytical skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues
- Customer service and customer support skills to handle client requests and inquiries
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience
- Experience in working with Stainless Steel and Mild Steel equipment is a plus
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python and Java is a plus
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
