Responsibilities: Should have 7-10 years of experience Support multiple cross-functional technical teams to deliver their objectives in fast-paced and complex programs and projects Develop strong partnerships with engineering and product management leaders to drive focus on strategic and tactical program objectives Build strategic relationships with key technology and business leaders to ensure program success Support driving teams and individuals in planning and executing roadmaps, releases, and work backlogs Support leading efforts to identify risks, resolve key project conflicts, and establish appropriate resolution paths Fill in gaps across roles and functions as needed, performing as an adaptive problem solver Provide reporting as necessary on project status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans Create a collaborative work environment that fosters shared understanding, transparency, mastery, autonomy, innovation, and continuous learning Share best practices of modern planning and execution Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated success managing multiple major and concurrent programs Prior experience driving development machine learning applications and platforms is a plus Candidates should be technically strong and should have shown deep technical involvement in current and past programs. Ability to write and review technical documentations is a must! Significant experience working with software engineering leadership, technical teams, and individual contributors Passion about being an indispensable part of a great product Ability to communicate authoritatively at a sufficient technical depth Passion to learn new concepts and technologies Ability to build collaborations and create a community of leadership Agile coaching and practitioner experience (Scrum, Kanban) with multiple teams Experience in managing all phases of end-to-end product development Suggested skills: 3 years in Technical Program Management AI/Data Science Product developmentJob tags
