With our sales techniques we are trying to deliver defining world-class products, experiences, and brand-stories.

Our Sales Team is spread across 177 cities across India with over 1000 active Repos Mobile Petrol

Pumps. As Business Lead-Sales, your dynamic role will include duties that will help keep your team in

top form while skyrocketing sales for your assigned region. This is a brilliant opportunity for a born

leader who wants to make a mark in the oil and gas industry. Being in the sales team, you’ll be our

brand ambassador!

Requirements

What will you be doing?

Commercial and Business

· Must have the ability to forecast demand and supply depending on internal and external factors.

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.

· Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.

Introduction and penetration strategies of new forms of Energies.

· Spearhead the development and creation of sales strategy and ensure that it aligns with the vision.

Achieve the set of objectives through strategic planning and execution for YoY growth.

· Determine and establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing quarterly and yearly goals

· Ensure 100% volume optimization of Repos Mobile Petrol Pumps

· Customer acquisition to boost top line, revenue growth

· Track and update MIS reports on a regular basis.

Stakeholders

· Research consumer needs and consult the right solution

· Uphold exceptional relations with Oil marketing companies and OEMs

· Make exceptional rapport with existing and future partners, keeping them updated with latest

developments of the market

· Work in collaboration with other departments to avoid conflict of interest and to align towards

company growth and development (Merge)

Finance and compliances

· Ensure a healthy cash flow through quick turnaround of P&S

· Ensure profitability of different categories of products through conscious pricing

· Ensure all documentation of the P&S as per meeting the compliance requirements

Teams

· Provide constructive feedback to the sales team, analyze team potential and provide improved results.

· Contribute to recruitment and attract industry’s top sales talent to reinforce the sales team.

· Expanding the footprint of Repos in overseas market

· Prepare research reports to keep oneself update with the latest happenings, innovations and developments in energy sector.

What will you need?

· Experience of 8+ years in oil and gas, Automobile or Automotive industry.

· Hands on knowledge on advanced MS office, MIS and data management.

· Hands on knowledge on CRM/ SAP

· Must have planning and forecasting skills

· Be able to do demand analysis proficiently

· Good at pricing strategy
