What will you do in a nutshell
We're on the hunt for a supercharged property manager to rock our world! You'll be the maestro of all things accommodation—managing it like a boss, dazzling new customers with your charm, and turning them into raving fans. You'll also be the mastermind behind housekeeping, maintenance, and security ops. Plus, you'll own the front desk, tackling customer queries like a pro! Oh, and don't forget about the administrative wizardry—reporting like a champ! Get ready for a 50/50 adventure of sales and operations. Let's make magic happen!
Your role in detail
Associate Customer Experience Manager
Operations management (Services: Housekeeping, Food, Repair and
Maintenance, Wifi, Laundry, Hostel Management); Should be able to
handle at least 4-5 properties/hostels
Team handling ; Should be able to manage a team of Caretakers,
Wardens and Blue collared staff; Should be able to keep the team
motivated and focussed; Should be able to handle a team of 1-2
wardens and 15-20 BCS
Maintain discipline and ensure all registers and sheets are maintained
perfectly
Maintain a Customer Satisfaction Score of 4+ out of 5 across all
services
Process compliance; Central (Internal and external processes)
Training and development of the team ; Should have the ability to
make the team gradually grow from a professional and personal
standpoint
Escalation handling; Handle escalations pertaining to daily operations
What qualifications can enhance the chances of shortlisting
Experience Required - 2 - 3 years of experience
Education UG: Any Graduation
Salary: 3 LPA - 4 LPA + Accomodation
