Job description
What would your day look like:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell lending products. - Explain the features and benefits of our lending solutions, addressing customer inquiries and concerns effectively. - Assess customer needs and financial situations to recommend suitable lending products. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements related to lending. What are we looking at: - Proven experience in tele-sales, with a focus on lending products. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone. - Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Knowledge of lending products, financial services, and industry regulations is a plus. Excellent time management and organizational skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
